I. Tariffs & VAT Regulations

1. U.S. Tariff (2025 Update)

Effective May 2, 2025, a $10 tariff will be applied to all orders shipped to the United States. This fee is automatically included at checkout; no customer action is required.

2. EU & UK Value-Added Tax (VAT)

• EU Member States (Effective July 1, 2021):
  VAT rates range 17%-27% based on the destination country (excluding duties/fees).

• United Kingdom (Effective January 1, 2021):
  A flat 20% VAT applies.

Critical Notice:

This store does NOT collect VAT at checkout. Customs authorities will assess VAT upon import.
Unpaid VAT may result in parcel destruction after 30 days！！

III. Delivery Timeline Disclaimers

2. Transit Variables:

   • Timelines may vary by ±5 days due to weather, flight delays, or fuel costs.

   • Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.

3. Force Majeure: Delays caused by natural disasters, postal strikes, etc., exempt us from liability.

IV. Remote Area Policy

2. Procedure:

   • Remote addresses trigger customer service contact for additional fees.

   • Unpaid fees result in order cancellation + full refund.

V. Delivery Guarantee

• Late Shipment Relief: Undelivered after 30 business days? Choose:
  ✓ Full refund upon return OR
  ✓ Free replacement (including shipping)

• Exclusions:
  Return shipping not covered for delays caused by customs inspections or force majeure.

VI. Shipping Fee Calculation
